Papuchis has called a great game overall.
Execution errors by the players. And only a few bad calls in key moments (that killed us).
Offense is just as much to blame for this game as the plays the D gave up. No hail mary if we just run the dang ball.

Things to build on next year?
Our offense will have a full season under their belt. And we’re very, very young.
Tim Beck will learn from his ways.
The defense faces a challenge replacing three stalwarts in Crick, David, and Dennard.
But the defense is young, and has potential, just no “stars”. Papuchis is an intriguing option, although far from my first.
Nebraska fans, get off your high horse. We’re a GREAT team. Inconsistent, but still great.
